WARRANTY:

The Guarantee Certificate will be the invoice issued by DON HIERRO. The invoice guarantees the quality of the product in the legally established terms, during a period of two years from the date of delivery.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, shock, improper use or manipulation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms.

To make use of the guarantee, the presentation of the invoice is essential.

RETURN POLICY:

1. Return:

In the event that the return or exchange is foreign to a defect or error in the product, we accept returns within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product has to be returned in the same conditions that it arrived and has not been used (as long as it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same). In case of not keeping the original packaging DON HIERRO reserves the right that the good may suffer depreciation.

The reimbursement of the value of the merchandise will be made once we verify in our warehouse the good state of it. The customer must bear the costs of the return whose amount will be communicated to him by the Customer Service department. Once the merchandise is received, DON HIERRO will refund the amount, deducting the return costs.

2. Damaged products

In the event that the return or exchange is due to the fact that the product is damaged or broken due to transport, please contact DON HIERRO within 48 hours at email customerservice@donhierro.com to complete the replacement / payment of the products. It will be necessary to send a photo of the packaging, of the damages of the packaging, of the complete product with the visible damage and of the label of the carrier. The client must not bear any expenses.

3. Incorrect products

If the return is due to the fact that the product received is not the requested one, a return or exchange can be made within the first 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. The customer must not pay return costs.

4. Products with incorrect / incomplete information

5. Defective products

In case of defective products, DON HIERRO will proceed, as appropriate and depending on the conditions of the product, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

In any case, the client will be responsible for demonstrating that the items have been returned, so we recommend that you keep the collection receipt until the resolution of the procedure.
